Luxurious, glamorous deep sapphire blue rayon velvet 1960s cloak with hood by Original Candi Wraps. Slits at sides for arms, buttons up bodice area (missing bottom button). I added a rhinestone brooch to set off the blue, will send along. Lined in blue acetate satin. Soft, dreamy and elegant! One tiny repair at left arm slit corner, not visible.
